Club membership costs £30 per individual, which encompasses a split of £26 for BCA (British Caving Association) Membership, and a £4 club fee for admin and a contribution to our overall club membership.

Under 18s are free. We may ask you for additional information about any Under 18 you apply for, as per our Safeguarding policies.

Bathspeleo memberships are annual, and will run from 1st January 2025 to 23:59 on 31st December 2025.

We are aiming to have responses and decisions on memberships ready by the 20th December, at which point we will reach out by email on the address you provided on your application form.

Our club membership automatically includes membership to the British Caving Association, who provide us with liability insurance and access to sites where access is held by our fellow BCA caving clubs, allowing us to organise more exciting activities for our members.

No, you are welcome to apply any time. However, we do ask our current members to complete their applications before the 20th December so we can square-away renewals quickly.

As a guideline, we recommend applying as soon as possible before the beginning of the coming year to get the best value from your BCA Membership.
